The 500-bed capacity 4-star hotel facility developed for Acun Media, which has achieved great success with its international TV production activities for many years with the infrastructure it has established in the Dominican Republic, was designed and built with Consera technologies.
This innovative structure, which uses Light Steel Frame (LSF) and Volumetric Wet Volume (Pod) technologies, was completed and put into use in a very short period of 12 months compared to similar structures built in this region, which has many challenges such as high earthquake intensity and wind speed, intense and stormy rains, access to materials and labor.
