Chairman of the Board of Consera, the pioneer of this rapidly spreading trend in Turkey <b>Melih Simsek<\/b>says that modular housing will accelerate urban transformation. <\/p>\n<p>Due to reasons such as the development of technology and the climate crisis, modular buildings have started to come to the fore instead of concrete buildings.
