Malatya Lodgings
Developed as a solution to post-earthquake housing needs, the project is one of Turkey's first 5-story modular apartment building applications. In the project of 80 apartments built with modular steel structure system by Consera, a total of 160 bathroom solutions were provided by using 80 Erawet modular bathroom pods.
The pods were manufactured in the factory and quickly assembled on site, giving the project the advantage of both time and quality control. Compatibility with the earthquake zone, speed and durability were Erawet's main contributing factors in this project.
