Las Terrazas Hotel

Developed for Acun Medya, which has achieved great success with its international TV production activities for many years with the infrastructure it has established in the Dominican Republic, the 4-star hotel facility with a capacity of 500 beds was designed and built with Consera technologies.

Using Light Steel Frame (LSF) and Volumetric Wet Volume (Pod) technologies, this innovative structure was completed and opened for use in a very short time of 12 months compared to similar structures built in this region, which has many challenges such as high earthquake intensity and wind speed, heavy and stormy rains, access to materials and labor.
