Developed specifically for Acun Medya's infrastructure and long years of international TV production experience in the Dominican Republic, the 4-star hotel facility with a capacity of 500 beds was realized on a turnkey basis with Consera's construction solutions.

Using a combination of Structural Steel and Modular Construction technologies, this innovative project was completed and commissioned in just 12 months compared to similar projects, despite many challenges such as high earthquake risk, strong winds, heavy rains and limited material/labor access.

All bathroom areas in the project were produced by Erawet in Turkey as modular bathroom pods and shipped to the Dominican Republic. In this way, high quality standards were maintained and the construction site process was significantly accelerated.
