Founded in 1971, Consera's story begins with traditional contracting projects. However, the 1999 Marmara Earthquake became the most important turning point that changed the direction of the company. Since then, Consera has abandoned traditional construction methods and established Turkey's first light steel structure production facility. Akkon'and initiates a new understanding of building based on earthquake safety.

Akşan was founded as a traditional construction company.

Public and private sector contracting works and real estate development projects were realized.

FROM TRADITIONAL TO LIGHT GAUGE STEEL
Akkon Çelik, the country's first Light Steel Profile Production Plant, was established.Focused on producing safe CE comfortable structures with LGSF technology
2003
FIRST PUBLIC PROJECT
With the TBMM Bingöl Science High School and Lodgings Project, the first use of Light Steel System in the Public Sector was realized.
2004
FIRST PUBLIC HOUSING PROJECT
Turkey's first mass light steel structure housing project was realized. Within the scope of Altınkum Cooperative Project, 258 light steel detached houses were built on a total area of 18 thousand m2 in Edirne Enez.
2005
FIRST EXPORT PROJECT
Light Steel technology was used for the first time in the dormitory projects of Eastern Mediterranean University in TRNC. Akkon production was the first overseas project realized with light steel systems. 650-bed dormitory buildings with a total construction area of 10,500 m2 were built.
2006
FIRST TV PROGRAM
Within the scope of the program Yoksa Rüya mı? (Or is it a Dream?) produced by Acun Ilıcalı and presented by Uğur Dündar, 8 150 m² villas and a School for the Hearing Impaired were donated and earthquake resistant light steel structures were promoted nationwide.
2006
FIRST REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
Real estate development works were initiated using light steel systems. With the first project, Terrace Life, 100 detached houses were built on an area of 11 thousand m2 in Muğla Göcek.
2011
FIRST TOKI PROJECT
After the Van earthquake, Turkey's first Light Steel Village Housing project consisting of 250 Village Houses and 250 Stables was built for TOKİ.
In 2011, 3 schools with 24 classrooms were built in Van for TOKİ as Turkey's first Light Steel School projects. The 12-classroom "Akşan - Yeşilsu Primary School", where 350 students receive education, was built and delivered as a grant.
2012
FIRST HYBRID REAL ESTATE PROJECT
AnkaNatura, Turkey's first multi-storey steel housing project consisting of 208 houses in 5 types on an area of 63 thousand m2 was built. The project was built as a hybrid using structural steel and light steel.

FIRST SOUTH AMERICA PROJECT IN TURKISH CONTRACTING SECTOR
In the first Turkish contracting project in Venezuela, 1,488 light steel housing and social structures were constructed.

FIRST HOTEL PROJECT IN LIBYA
For the African Leaders Summit in Libya, 80 luxury Light Steel Villas and a 16 block Light Steel Hotel with 744 rooms were realized on a total area of 54 thousand m2.
2014
TURKEY'S AWARD-WINNING GREEN PROJECT
35th Street Project was selected as the Most Successful Low-Rise Real Estate Investment of the Year. Completed with 555 residences on an area of 130 thousand m², the project received "Very Good" BREEAM certification as Turkey's largest light steel investment.

CONSERA REVOLUTION
Akşan and Akkon started the CONSERA (CONSTRUCTİON ERA) era with their past experiences. Consera started to produce and implement permanent Modular structures.

FIRST TINY HOUSE EXPORT
Consera exported its first mobile home to Switzerland under the Mooble House brand.
2021 - 2023
FIRST TURKISH COMPANY PROJECT IN THE CARIBBEAN
A 256-room, 4-star Light Steel and Modular Steel Hotel project was realized in the Dominican Republic.
2023 - Belgium
FIRST MODULAR STEEL EXPORTS TO EUROPE
In Belgium, the administrative buildings of the 1st Football League Club Westerlo were completely manufactured and exported as Modular Steel and their construction was completed.
2024 - 2025
IS BANK MARMARIS TRAINING AND RECREATION FACILITY
Consera was responsible for all superstructure finishing works of the project, except infrastructure.
It was the first project in Turkey where Erawet modular bathroom pods were used.

THE FIRST STEEL STRUCTURE URBAN TRANSFORMATION PROJECT IN ISTANBUL
Kuzeybükü Zekeriyaköy project was the first urban transformation project to be realized with steel structure technology.

SECOND MODULAR STEEL STRUCTURE FACTORY IN TURKEY
The second modular steel structure factory was established in Malatya to serve the earthquake zone.

TURKEY'S FIRST MODULAR APARTMENT PROJECT
The housing project consisting of 5 floors, 4 blocks and 80 apartments with modular steel construction technology was realized in Malatya in 6 months.
